1 General Provisions

77bg (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an organisation that provides online gaming and betting services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 77bg and its users ("you", "your" or "member"). 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Each individual may operate only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts by the same person will result in all accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. In the event that false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If there is any unauthorised use of your account, notify the support team immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method on 77bg is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Amounts below these thresholds cannot be processed.

3.2 Payment Methods

77bg currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These methods can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases the verification process may take longer.

3.4 Matching Account Names

The name on the payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must match the registered name on your 77bg account. Transactions from accounts with a different name may be rejected or delayed.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of 77bg will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x wagering requirement). For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must place ৳100,000 in wagers before you can make a withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is detected — such as using multiple accounts, group betting or any other fraudulent activity — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

4.5 Promotion Changes

5 VIP Program

The 77bg VIP Program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. 77bg reserves the right to change the terms and benefits of the VIP Program at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bg platform:

• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to win through fraudulent or dishonest means
• Betting using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Hacking, cracking or carrying out any other cyber attack on the system
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing or threatening other members

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account, forfeiture of the balance, and possible legal action.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

If an abnormal win occurs due to a technical error or bug on the platform, 77bg reserves the right to void that amount and refund the value of the affected wager.
